False Ceiling Types And Their Material Used In It

 


False ceiling are of three types -:

        1) PVC

        2) POP

        3) Gypsum

Note-:  a) If you are making POP False ceiling then, area over which you are making it, there should not be water logging नमी 

            b) POP false ceiling thickness (12 to 16) mm

            c) Ducting and false ceiling gap -- 3 inch or 4 inch

For POP False ceiling, following Companies materials are best-:

    1) Gyproc

    2) Armstrong

    3) Shera

    4) USG Boral

    5) Gypcore

Materials Used In POP False ceiling -:

1) Fastner - It should be of 8 mm , 4" and of LT or Tiger company

2) L key ( ल पत्ती ) -:  

  • ( 15 to 18 ) Kg bundle should be used
  •  50 piece comes in 10 kg whose cost is 950 rs
  •   L key --- 7 or 8 inch ke gap par lagani chaiyye

3) Channel -: 

  • Company should be Prime or buildwell, 25 piece comes in ( 15 to 18 ) Kg bundle
  • Channel are of different types-:  
              a) Cross channel - 925 rs ---- 8 foot लंबाई  ----800 g 
              b) Main channel - 1 piece 60 rs ---- 8 foot लंबाई ----800 gm  
              c) L key ( parameter )
  •  In 1 bundle - 25 piece comes
  •  Channel comes in 22, 24,26 Gauge

     Company-:

  •      Gyproc channel --- 12 foot ----1.3 Kg
  •      GP steel
  •      Jindal
   Main channel के बीच मे gap --- 2 foot ka 
   Cross channel के बीच मे gap --- 1 foot ka
   Main channel ki supporting ka gap --- 3 foot ki

4) Main key -  ( जस्ती चद्दर की बनी होती है )

5) जाली -:  JK or Kaushal company ki

                   120 Rs per Kg

6) लोहे का पाइप -  1kg ( down price )

                               2 kg ( High price )
